For more than 45 years, I have walked a contemplative path of recognition rather than acquisition. This lineage is guided by direct experience through the deep, the complex, the contrasting, and the paradoxical — continually returning to the truth of who I am. For as long as I can remember, healing has been the thread weaving through my life, punctuated by profound and spontaneous mystical experiences — an alchemical journey of transformation, both for myself and for the hearts I have met along the way.

The path to self-mastery and freedom is the hero’s journey, the alchemist’s process, the shamanic wheel — all of which I have travelled, bringing my own traumas and questions into the light for integration. Through this process, I have come to recognise that one who heals themselves helps heal others. In this way, I serve as a channel and mirror: illuminating truth, holding frequency, mediating between worlds, and supporting the evolution of consciousness.

I have never followed a single philosophical or religious path. Instead, I have explored many wisdom traditions from around the world, resonating with the perennial wisdom at their core. Yet the greatest teacher has always been life itself, in conjunction with my own conscious awareness. Today, I move through the world in stabilised, abiding awakeness — enlightened living that quietly brings balance, harmony, and peace to everyday life. Rather than teaching a particular path, I serve as a bridge between perspectives, helping each person orient to their own unique way within the realities of everyday life.

I am both the synthesis of all I have discovered and the spaciousness that remains when all that is untrue has been surrendered. From this non-dual perspective of the middle way, I offer my presence in service of remembrance, wholeness, and truth.
